MAG Interactive’s newly acquired game studio Apprope will soon test launch a new word game in the U.S. market.
Stockholm, Sweden - 25 May, 2021 - MAG Interactive announces today that the company's new game studio Apprope will soon test launch the new word game Riddle Pictures on iOS and Android in the U.S. and other English-speaking markets.
Acquired in early January 2021, Apprope differs from MAG in how it brings gaming ideas to market; they launch games wider at an earlier stage than MAG typically does.This means that game releases under Apprope's account should not be judged in the same way as an official MAG game launch.
“An important part of MAG's acquisition strategy is to allow new studios to continue to utilize their strengths and at the same time receive support where we have the opportunity to help. As for the development process, Apprope has found a way that has proven to work well for them and we therefore want them to continue in the same way even if it differs from how we normally act”, says Daniel Hasselberg, CEO of MAG Interactive.
